Hello. Welcome to Conducting Space

You are warmly invited into a place where all of you is welcome.

When I conduct space—for you or your team—I draw upon my experience as a psychotherapist and somatic body-oriented coach for you to gain a deeper awareness of yourself, a situation, and/or relationship dynamics. It might be that you have experienced difficulties, are feeling stuck or not as happy as you would like, overwhelmed, anxious or managing a health challenge. By embracing the inseparable connection between mind and body and engaging the whole self in conversation, we encourage alignment, create flow and allow insights to emerge. These are sometimes unexpected, yet always transformative, helping lift the veil that clouds clear vision.

By offering a supportive space to this conscious connection, we can notice beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you, making room for new, more resourced ways of being. When we integrate these as whole self – a bodymind - change is not only possible but lasting, as rewiring neural pathways creates sustainable transformation.

Expanding our capacity in this way builds healthy nervous system regulation, resilience and resourcefulness, helping us move with greater ease through life's inevitable challenges. With greater awareness, we can feel empowered, as we come to understand that just as our bodymind remembers past experiences, it also learns from the new experiences we choose to enrich it with.

By making space for conscious change, we free ourselves from limitations and invite in balance, joy, curiosity, play, ease and creativity. Together, we create a clearer path forward, so you can consciously conduct life.

As humans, we learn through relationship. There is something courageous in the willingness to meet the other and be transformed by the encounter.

This is the journey of coming home to yourself.
